These size measurements are approximate, and are to be used as a guideline – e.g. a “cycle jersey fit” is flush with the skin, but not tight, and certainly not loose.

It is not recommended to specify any garment size smaller than the actual measurement may suggest in the below chart. When in doubt, rather order a larger size – especially when your individual measurement falls between two suggested sizes.

Wearers preferring a more generous garment fit should order at least one size, or possibly two sizes bigger than the measurements depicted.
